What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 blankets — enough for a team or a small gift run — with bulk tiers that drop steeply at the thousands events and universities order in.

How fast will my blankets arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and blankets ship in about 2 weeks. Sherpa backing and full-print sublimation add a little; you get a real date before you commit.

What does anti-pill actually mean?

On its own, nothing — the word is printed on every fleece made. Ask for the pilling rating, graded one to five on a standard test. We state it on the quote, and the difference shows up after about three washes.

Question 4

What weight of fleece should I choose?

Heavier is warmer and drapes better; lighter packs smaller and cuts shipping noticeably at event quantities. We quote gsm rather than adjectives so you can weigh the two against each other.

Which edge finish lasts longest?

Accepted Answer

A stitched or blanket-stitched edge, comfortably. A raw cut edge is the cheapest and it is the part that fails first on most cheap blankets, so it is the first thing we specify rather than the last.

Why does embroidery look muddy on fleece?

The pile swallows the stitches. It needs a cut-away backing underneath and a water-soluble topping on top — both cost pennies and neither is optional for a crisp result.

Print or embroidery?

Accepted Answer

Sublimated print for full coverage, photographic detail and anything edge to edge; embroidery for a crest or logo that should read as premium. Print is more durable; embroidery feels more considered.

Do you redraw artwork?

Yes, free. Fleece is a pile surface, so fine lines and small type disappear into the nap. We resample bolder and larger for the fabric and show you the difference on the mockup.
